On March 30, Joe Biden issued: “A Proclamation on Transgender Day of Visibility.”

“Transgender Day of Visibility celebrates the joy, strength, and absolute courage of some of the bravest people I know… Transgender Americans shape our Nation’s soul…”

I’m not sure how genital-mutilation surgery shapes America’s soul. That’s quite an idea.

I suspect medical public relations is at work here, promoting: drugs, hormones, surgery, and an official invented psychiatric condition (gender dysphoria).

A medical diagnosis and radical intervention are involved, front and center, in shaping the nation’s soul.
