Virologists who published a manifesto proclaiming that the SARS-CoV-2 virus originated from animals and couldn’t possibly have come from a lab, did so in coordination with leaders at the National Institutes of Health and the Wellcome Trust.

The collusion was revealed by U.S. Right to Know, which reports that the effort to squelch any lab leak theories was “prompted” by none other than Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and Jeremy Farrar, then-director of the Wellcome Trust.

Farrar is now serving as chief scientist for the World Health Organization. According to U.S. Right to Know, “The virologists met with Farrar, Fauci and Collins in a private teleconference on February 1, 2020.” The resulting article was used by major media around the world to “debunk” as conspiracy theory any and all allegations that the virus came from a lab.
