In a Twitter / X post, Texas Attorney General a Ken Paxton announced that he’s filed a lawsuit against Pfizer for “false, deceptive and misleading acts and practices” related to the company’s COVID vaccine.
Specifically, Pfizer not only has misrepresented the vaccine’s efficacy, but also has conspired to censor public discourse on the experimental mRNA jab. “The facts are clear,” Paxton said. “Pfizer did not tell the truth about their COVID-19 vaccine. Whereas the Biden administration weaponized the pandemic to force illegal public health decrees on the public and enrich pharmaceutical companies.”
Paxton added that he planned to make sure to pursue justice for the people of Texas, who had been harmed by Pfizer’s actions.
