Siberian ginseng tea

Ingredients/Materials:

  • Siberian ginseng roots
  • Water
  • A pot
  • A cup
  • A potato peeler
  • A tea ball

Instructions:

  • Bring some water to a boil.
  • Remove from heat then pour the water into a cup.
  • Using a potato peeler, shave your Siberian ginseng root into slivers.
  • Add a tablespoon of Siberian ginseng slivers into a stainless steel tea ball.
  • Place your tea ball into the hot cup of water and soak it for five minutes.
  • Enjoy your tea as is or add some lemon, honey, or mint for flavor.
  • For additional benefits, you can even eat the boiled roots.
  • If you prefer it cold on a hot day, cool it in the fridge and add a couple of ice cubes.
