Use Your Primary Power to Vote for Health Freedom!
Stand for Health Freedom is excited to announce the launch of Vote for Health Freedom! Health freedom is at the front of everyone’s mind after years of pandemic policy. We can use the primaries as leverage to shift the momentum in America back to respect for our health, our bodies, our privacy, our families, and our Constitution. The 2022 elections will be critical to our mission for health freedom.
- All 435 members of the US House will face voters.
- About a third of the US Senate, 34 to be exact are up for reelection.
- On the state level, roughly 8 out of every 10 legislators are on the ballot this year.
- There are also 36 governors on the ballot.
While Stand for Health Freedom is non-partisan, we see a great need for more accountability with the current White House administration. Will the control flip?
On our website you will find Voter Guides for your state, Candidate endorsements (we’ve already gotten started, see below), interviews with top candidates for health freedom and more! You can find out who is running in your area and register to vote if you haven’t yet. Texas is our first state to launch voter guides as their primaries are right around the corner, you can find Texas’ voter guide here. *If you don’t see information for your state yet, bookmark the page and keep coming back, we will be updating the site daily as intel rolls in.
To help you better understand the power you have at the polls, watch this interview by Executive Director Leah Wilson with Dawn Richardson, Director of Advocacy at National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) about the importance of voting in primaries.
Dawn shares her experiences and advice from over 30 years of health advocacy. Voting in the primaries is one of the best ways you can make sure we have elected officials who will work for us and support health freedom! In this interview you will learn:
- What are primary elections?
- Why are primaries more important than general elections?
- What impact can you have by voting for candidates who are aligned with liberty?
