Is Kamala a full-blown mental case?

FOX, and social media users, have begun reposting old video showing Kamala doing her laugh-laugh number. On many occasions.
What the hell is that?
A reporter asks her a question, she breaks into a broad grin, laughs and talks at the same time, and then the laughing intensifies. And takes over.
Way beyond anything reasonable.
Critics are taking this as a sign that she’s dumb.
She’s not.
This is something else.
My first reaction is: it’s pot. People smoke a bunch of weed and then everything is funny.
Doing that on a public and political stage is way off the charts.
It reveals a ridiculous amount of indifference, bad judgment, and sheer flippancy.
You might expect it from your 15-year-old nephew in a conversation on a street corner with his goofy pals.
I keep coming back to Kamala’s laugh numbers because they’re so obvious, and because they say something about her character.
She knows her whole political career has been a lark, starting with her relationship with Downtown Willie Brown, legendary San Francisco political fixer. Willie appointed her to two low-level city positions and then helped fund her campaign to win a spot as California Attorney General.
She’s been riding a wave of favor for a long time, based on NOTHING.
Maybe THAT’S what she thinks is so funny.
And now she’s running for the Presidency.
It’s worth noting that Willie Brown created a political juggernaut in Frisco, and eventually it impacted national politics at the highest levels:
Willie helped launch the careers of Kamala, Gavin Newsom, and Nancy Pelosi. Newsom of course has been a staunch ally of Biden while waiting in the wings for his turn to run for the Presidency. And Nancy Pelosi played a key role in building Congressional support behind the final move to oust Biden from the 2024 election.
Clearing the way for Kamala to run.
